This spacious detached former gardener's cottage is situated in its own 1 acre enclosed garden on the 300 acre Pantyderi Estate, which comprises park and working farmland. The Preseli Hills and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path are both great for walkers. Newport, 6 miles, offers a good selection of eateries, individual shops and a great beach. Cardigan is 6 miles away & Crymych 2 miles, between them they have leisure centres, theatre/cinema, banks and a good range of shops. There are numerous attractions within easy driving distance and this makes an ideal base for exploring West Wales.

Entrance is into the newly fitted kitchen which has a range of cream units incorporating a range style cooker with double oven, grill and halogen hob, integral combination microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and an American style fridge / freezer with ice maker. The dining room has an oval dining table and 6 chairs. The sitting room is very large and has a feature slate wall with inset fireplace and a gas woodburner type fire; there is a leather cream three piece suite, coffee table, items of occasional furniture and a TV with Freeview, DVD & video. There is a large sunny conservatory spanning the front of the house, furnished with a three piece suite, coffee table, breakfast table and chairs. Doors lead to the family bathroom and to the decked area. The family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, WC and wash hand basin. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with garden views. Bedroom 1 has a queensize bed, TV, built in wardrobe with dressing table and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a queensize bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table and bedside tables. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, built in wardrobe and dressing table and bedside table. The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bedlinen is provided and towels are available at £3 per guest. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. No pets allowed as this is a working farm. No smoking. There is oil central heating throughout included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times, please pay owner. There is parking for up to 4 cars.
The enclosed garden surrounds the cottage and amounts to about an acre in size. There is a pond and a pergola (railings around both for safety) with wrought iron seating. There is plenty of lawn space for games, and steps lead to a large decked area just off the conservatory which has a fixed clear screen surround, table and chairs.
